Description:

As a molecular complex of sodium acetate and acetic acld,sodium hydrogen diacetate is white hygroscopie crystalpowder or crystal solid,has smell of acetic acid,and is toxic and readily soluble in water and ethanol.The pH valueof 10%solution is 4.5-5.0.

 

Sodlum hydrogen diacetate is mainly used as food preservative,mildew inhibitor.chelating agent,flavoringagent,PH regulator,meat product preservative as well as main material for composite mildew inhibitor.
