The silane cross-linkable insulation compounds are made mainly from LDPE together with proper additives such as LLDPE silane coupling agent initiator, anti-oxidant and etc. By mixing plasticizing and granulating.

The product applies two step method with group A and group B material. The product has good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent processability. And it is simple in processing and operation.

Packaging And Storage

 

1) Storage: store in the clean, dry and ventilated warehouse; The storage temperature should be between 10℃ and 35℃.

2) Shelf life: Valid period is 6 month. After unpacking, material A shall be used up within 24 hours, and mixture AB shall be used up within 8 hours, to prevent the occurrence of pre-crosslinking.
