Product Introduction And Application

This product is used as the peroxide cross-linked and boned semi-conductive conductor of LV and MV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable, the quality stability, which suitable for various wet or dry crosslinkable production lines.

The produced cable has an excellent electrical and physical properties and easy processing and other characteristics.
 

PYJD-10 It is peroxide-crosslinked semi-conductive insulating shielding material for conductors of up to 10kV XLPE insulated cables.

PYJD-35 It is peroxide-crosslinked semi-conductive insulating shielding material for conductors of up to 35kV XLPE insulated cables.

Production Process

Recommendable temperature of the extruder fuselage: 70℃-100℃

Neck Temperature:100℃-110℃

Head Temperature:110℃-115℃

Recommendable to use the mesh 20*60 with double filter.

Packaging And Storage

The semi conductive shielding material is installed in the double layer polyethylene film. After sealed package, it is loaded into the hard corrugated box which is not easy damaged, and outer membrane is waterproof,

the net weight of each case is 600kg. It is stored in a clean,dry and ventilated warehouse, with a height of less than two layer.

The transport process keeps away from sun, rain and mechanical impact.
