Product Introduction And Application

This product is thermoplastic semi-conductive shielding material for conductors, it is suitable for conductor of up to 10kV shielding of silane overhead insulated cable, which suitable for high speed extrusion of double layer extrusion equipment with high temperature resistance and good extrusion flow. The produced cable has an excellent electrical and physical properties, and easy processing and other characteristics.

Recommendable temperature of the extruder fuselage: 80℃-140℃

Neck Temperature:145℃-155℃

Head Temperature:155℃-165℃

Recommendable to use the mesh 20*60 with double filter.

Packaging And Storage

The semi conductive shielding material is installed in the double layer polyethylene film. After sealed package, it is loaded into the hard corrugated box which is not easy damaged, and outer membrane is waterproof,

the net weight of each case is 600kg. It is stored in a clean,dry and ventilated warehouse, with a height of less than two layer.

The transport process keeps away from sun, rain and mechanical impact.
