Product Introduction And Application

Our polyethylene master batch is composed of colorant, carrier and dispersant.

The masterbatch is extruded and granulated through high speed mixing machine. In the plastic processing, color masterbatch has obvious advantages such as high concentration, good dispersion and cleanliness.

The environment-friendly special polyethylene color master batch is suitable for crosslinked polyethylene insulation material, silane crosslinked low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable material and low-smoke halogen free flame retardant polyolefin cable material and so on.

Particles of uniform size, smooth surface, uniform color.

Packaging And Storage

The inner bag is aluminium foil bag or PE film bag while the outer package is kraft paper bag.

Generally 25kg/bag, and other packaging can be according to customer requirements.

It should be stored in the clean, dry and ventilated warehouse; The storage temperature should be above 0℃, and the valid period is 2 years.
