DF-603 Defoamer is a water-dispersible silicone defoamer made of polyether-modified silicon with high molecular weight as the main raw material. It is a defoamer product specially developed for metalworking fluid concentrate to control foam. It has good defoaming and antifoaming ability. It has strong versatility and can still maintain good defoaming and antifoaming ability under high temperature and high shear force.

Product application: DF-603 defoamer is mainly used in metalworking fluid system.

Usage: DF-603 defoamer can be directly added to the concentrate of metalworking fluid, and then slightly stirred to ensure complete dispersion. Recommended addition amount in metalworking fluid: 0.05-0.3%.
Packaging and Storage: DF-603 defoamer is shipped in 25L plastic barrels with a net weight of 25kg. Or in 200L plastic barrels with a net weight of 200kg. To ensure product quality, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature and avoid long-term exposure to extreme cold and hot environments, as it may cause the product to stratify. If the product stratifies, stir it before use. If the product is frozen, heat it to thaw and stir it after thawing. The product has a shelf life of six months.
