DF-601 Defoamer

DF-601 Defoamer is a water-dispersible silicone defoamer. It is made of polyether modified silicon with high molecular weight as the main raw material. It is a foam control defoamer product specially developed for metalworking fluid concentrate.

*Good defoaming and anti-foaming performance.*Good compatibility and stability in the formula, good dispersibility in water.*Small dosage, does not affect the basic properties of the foaming system.*Non-toxic, harmless to physiology.Product application: DF-601 defoamer is mainly used in metalworking fluid system.Usage: DF-601 defoamer can be directly added to the concentrate of metalworking fluid, and then slightly stirred to ensure complete dispersion. Recommended addition amount in metalworking fluid: 0.1-0.5%.Packaging and storage: DF-601 defoamer is shipped in 25 liter plastic barrels with a net weight of 25 kg. Or shipped in 200 liter plastic barrels with a net weight of 200 kg. To ensure product quality, keep container tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal room temperature and avoid long-term exposure to extremes of hot or cold as this may cause the product to separate. If the product separates, stir before use. If the product is frozen, thaw by heating and stir after thawing.The product has a shelf life of six months.
