689 Defoamer

689 Defoamer Concentrate is a high solid content, water-dispersible silicone defoamer. It can be dispersed in water after proper stirring. It is specially developed for metalworking fluid concentrate or a mixture of various surfactants and is used as a defoamer product for controlling foam. Whether it is used in non-ionic or anionic surfactant systems, the defoamer concentrate has good compatibility and high-efficiency defoaming performance, and can also be used at high temperatures.

Active ingredient: silicone Application range: 689 Defoamer Concentrate has a wide range of applications and can be applied to metalworking fluid systems and various production processes (water-based systems) in the textile industry.Performance characteristics: ● Rapid defoaming performance, and the defoaming performance remains excellent after high temperature.● Excellent anti-foaming durability.● High-performance high-temperature silicone anti-foam and defoamer, especially suitable for the production of non-ionic and anionic surfactant water-based systems.● Applicable to strong alkaline working conditions, with good alkaline stability.● Excellent dispersibility in foaming liquid systems. Dosage (by weight): 689 Defoamer concentrate can be added directly to the metalworking fluid concentrate or surfactant mixture, and then gently stirred to ensure complete dispersion. Recommended dosage in metalworking fluid concentrate: 0.06-0.15%. Recommended dosage in metalworking fluid working fluid: 0.005-0.02%.

Packaging: 689 Defoamer is shipped in 25 liter plastic drums, net weight 25 kg. Or shipped in 120 liter plastic drums, net weight 120 kg.
