Water-soluble anti-rust additive CP-50

Water-soluble anti-rust additive CP-50 is a 50% ternary organic acid wet cake crushed particles. It is mainly used as a metal corrosion inhibitor additive in semi-synthetic cutting fluid, fully synthetic grinding fluid, aqueous quenching fluid and aqueous cleaning agent, automotive antifreeze, anti-rust water and other water-based products.

CP-50 has good anti-rust properties, extreme low foaming, good hard water stability, and the solution within the commonly used concentration range is non-irritating to the skin and mucous membranes.

Depending on the product and the requirements for anti-rust properties, the dosage in the concentrate can be 2-25%.
When directly preparing anti-rust water, CP-50 can be dissolved in water with triethanolamine and monoethanolamine to make the pH value of 5% aqueous solution 8-10. For example: pure water 50%; CP-50 25%; MEA 12.5%; TEA 12.5%.
The product has good dispersibility in water. The recommended order of addition in the formula is: first water and then CP-50, stir to form a milky white suspension, and then add alkali or alcohol amine to speed up the dissolution of the formula.
