Precise Selection, High-Efficiency Rust Prevention
Choosing the right additive for different workpiece materials is key to ensuring processing quality. Faced with a complex product range, how do you quickly identify the right option?
From the perspective of rust prevention and corrosion inhibition, we offer the following selection strategies:
1. Ferrous Metals (Steel/Cast Iron) → Choose [Tribasic Acid Rust Inhibitor]
Core Task: High-efficiency liquid rust prevention, preventing steel parts from rusting during the production process.
Why Choose It: It forms a dense protective film on the steel surface, providing significant rust prevention, especially effective for inter-process rust prevention.
Selection Rule: For steel, use ternary acid. For example, CP-502.
2. Copper and Alloys → Choose [Copper Corrosion Inhibitor]
Core Task: Prevent copper surface oxidation and discoloration, resulting in "verdigris".
Why Choose It: It effectively inhibits the chemical corrosion of copper, maintaining the original luster of the copper material with extremely low addition amounts.
Selection Rule: For copper parts, add copper corrosion inhibitor. For example, MI42 copper corrosion inhibitor (methylbenzotriazole derivative)
3. Aluminum and Alloys → Select [Aluminum Corrosion Inhibitor]
Core Task: Prevent pitting, blackening, or white rust on aluminum.
Why Choose It: Provides protection against the amphoteric properties of aluminum, maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing workpiece surface.
Selection Rule: For machining aluminum, choose aluminum corrosion inhibitor. For example, Mi AC-2 (phosphate ester aluminum corrosion inhibitor); AC-3S/5S (siloxane aluminum corrosion inhibitor).
